Why Contribute?
PolyLearn Hub is built by the community, for the community. Sharing your question papers, study notes, or podcast suggestions directly empowers fellow students. Your contributions enhance the platform's value, making essential study materials more accessible and fostering a collaborative learning spirit.
- Directly assist peers in their academic endeavors.
- Strengthen the collective knowledge of the polytechnic community.
- Gain recognition for your valuable input (optional, and with your consent).
- Help keep the platform current with the latest syllabi and resources.
Contribution Guidelines
To maintain quality and relevance, please consider these guidelines when submitting resources:
- Question Papers: Clearly state Department, Subject, Examination Year, and Semester. PDF format is strongly preferred for consistency and ease of access.
- Study Notes: Ensure notes are well-organized, clear, legible, and factually accurate. Please specify Department, Subject, Topic/Module, and relevant Semester. Acceptable formats include PDF, DOCX, or well-structured Markdown.
- Podcast Suggestions: You can suggest existing relevant educational podcasts (provide links) or propose topics and potential experts for us to reach out to.
- Accuracy & Appropriateness: Verify that all information and materials shared are accurate and suitable for an academic audience.
- Originality & Rights: Only share materials that you have the right to distribute. If a resource was created by someone else, please ensure you credit them appropriately or have their permission.
All submissions will be reviewed by our team prior to being published on the site to ensure they meet our quality standards.
How to Submit Your Resources
The most effective way to contribute at this stage is by emailing your resources or suggestions directly to our content team. When sending your materials, please include all pertinent details (Department, Subject, Year, Semester, topic, author if known, etc.) to help us categorize them correctly.
(Replace contribute@polylearnhub.example.com
with the actual contribution email.)
We are actively working on a direct upload feature for registered and verified users to streamline the contribution process. Your willingness to share and support PolyLearn Hub is immensely appreciated!
